Is it a big, luxurious house? An expensive car? Health, wealth or beauty?
No, not really...
Everyone agrees. The most valuable and most wanted thing we are hankering after throughout our whole life, second after second, hour after hour, day after day, month after month and year after year, with all our energies, is called...
...HAPPINESS.
Real, substantial, deep and tangible HAPPINESS...
YOGA is the only process to attain this happiness...
Our whole life, whether as a factory worker, professor oder racing driver, circles around this central question:
"How can I be happy?"
Everywhere we are promised happiness. Advertisments display people, who are happy because of smoking a certain brand of cigarettes, drink a certain beverage or drive a certain car... A numerous crowd of modern saviours and gurus is anxious to collect their lambs, promising them happiness if they adhere to their messages.
It is a fact: Everyone of us is looking for happiness. But we have completely forgotten where it can be really found. We are running after a fata morgana in the desert, because we are lured by the hope to find water there. We are horribly thirsty. But the faster we run towards the illusion, the further it moves back...
Why are we so eager to find happiness?
Usually we are looking for something, which we have lost. We are searching for happiness everywhere and anywhere, because we have indeed lost it. That is also the proof, that happiness must exist somewhere. In our innermost essence we are eternally happy and blissfull entities. But because we have abandoned the art and scince of yoga, we are now looking for joy and bliss at the wrong places...
YOGA is the authorized science to search for bliss and happiness there, where it can truly be found...
Let´s imagine a fish, who has been taken out from his natural environment, the water...

But we all know that the fish will be suffering terribly despite all gorgeous arrangements. Something is wrong, basically and essentially. There is something missing. Our fish may try hard to enjoy and to ignore this nagging sensation. For some time he might even be successful in this attempt...
But he will be defeated in the long run. His real and genuine demand for water will emerge again and again. All diversion will be futile. His genuine need longs for genuine fulfillment...
And what does all of this have to do with yoga?
YOGA is the authorized process to throw the fish back into the water. Yoga is the ancient, original and timeless science to dive deeply into an ocean of unlimited bliss...
